Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, though it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Some items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product nature (e.g., personalized items). Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are issued for the product cost only and do not include any shipping or handling fees. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion. For items purchased using promotional discounts or gift cards, the refund amount will reflect the actual amount paid after discounts.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in your account. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us with details of your purchase and we will investigate the matter.

For payments made via PayPal, the refund may appear as "pending" for several days before being fully processed. If your refund is significantly delayed beyond our stated processing times, please provide us with your bank statement showing the original charge (with sensitive information redacted) to help us track the transaction.
